Success depend on the hands of the person who seized the right opportunity that comes along in his way. One of the greatest achievement of success in the field of learning is Graduation Day in which we give honor to the person who is one way of molding and influenced us towards success in our academic aspects, recognizing the fruit of sacrifices of our parent who suffered the searing heat of sun in order for us to sent in school, to be proud of our effort and sacrifices that we spent along the way to reached another ladder of success in educational arena through dedication and being responsible student in class.

Graduation is a meaningful, momentous occasion in which we give emphasis to the achievements of a better person and to look forward for reaching the things that lie ahead. With my great desire, to be one of the guest speaker at today's event; I accept the invitation of the teaching staff of this institution to challenge everyone today!. A warmest greetings to all of you!.

I am proud to salute and congratulate you all as the elite corps of successful graduates this school year 2011-2012. It is a hot and sizzling event despite all the struggles that you encountered in the past years of your student life and now you are in your best wishes to wear your graduation outfit which indicate your prosperity towards success, receiving your medals and diploma, being inspired of the person behind your achievement and giving thanks to your omnipotent master which he gives you hope and strength to move on and be rewarded of your sacrifices.

My task here is to encourage everyone and help you cope hope to Dream Big!. Dream is priceless, a thing that cannot be sold of something. It is not a thing that can be burrowed and paid of someone else, it is worthless. But it is a simple way to “change your life”. “ A man without a dream is just a wishful thinker”. There is no impossible dream if you deserve to have it. Dream is a powerful imagination which we speculate to happen in reality and that is possible. I will tell you on how to dream and might be true!. Who among you here have a dream in life? If you set all your dreams start to set your goals now, But goals are set to be fulfilled not only to dreamt. If you set immediately your goals? Plan what to do and make an actions!. No more excuses, “change your mind and attitude”

The role of an individual is to fulfill the task given to our life. Goals in life give us a specific direction on how we can achieve our dreams. Sometimes opportunity comes along in our way and knocks only once, some of us take advantage while others ignore it. Right opportunity comes with the right decision, depends on how you will take the risk. Strong personality make us a better person to move on in every chances across in our journey. Strength and weaknesses are the reason why we stand up and determine how strong we are. Brain washed (washing out of our minds) lessen you burdens. Worry. Doubt, and self-distrust will no longer Husserl your mind in “one corner” and be “frozen-off” of nothing!. Accepting the fact that everyone fails at something will influenced us to try out everything for the sake of our achievement. We need to become flexible and sensitive person in everything that happened in our life. Great person possess greater responsibilities.

Our Theme: “ Your Gift of Learning, Our Tool for Nation Building or Ang Alay Ninyong Kaalaman, Gamit namin sa Pag-unlad ng Bayan”. An individual possess a precocious gift from God, He gives us wisdom to become a better person. You are in your best wishes as you aspired to enter in the world of learning. “learning is very fun and life long process which mold your interest to become a wholesome individual”. It is our foundation to help “Nation Building” for the betterment of life of every steward his land if all of us used our full potential and willing to offer their gift of life. Lets take the challenge to become a partner of change for “Nation Building”

The adage that always made me strong in sacrificing something is that “ I accept failures because everyone fails at something but I can't accept not trying”. Failures will never hinder one to pursue his dream. We must guard against in everything around us once we aim of something.

Here are the things to ponder as a Graduate:

Facing the real life situation is not an easy task. Taking part in attaining your goals in life makes you serious to take your responsibility in your family, society and as well us to our worth living for Country for your major contribution that you will extend as a Graduate. Let us be an agent of change!, our Country calls for a concerned citizen as a partner towards the transformation of our society by getting involved of what is happening to our nation's now a days.

You as a Graduates are precocious gift from God. You chosen because of your best qualities to lead our Country in a righteous path of change!. Even if you start in a small thing, your contribution means a lot. There is no limitation for your accomplishment if you extend your help to your neighbors, the essence there is, you shows your respect and concerned to them and you cares for a change! That is possible to everyone!.

Warmest congratulations to the elite corps of successful graduates this year 2012. I have the honor to speak before you as your guest speaker to give an inspirational message that will challenge everyone today!

You truly deserve to give pride to yourself as you step into another ladder of your success. It’s been unforgettable event that we should reminisce every now and then the significant marked of our lives as we give priority to our achievement in the field of learning. We bind us one today to celebrate the fruit of our sacrifices; your unsung hero shows their unfading support behind your success as they watch you to graduate this day, your ever loving teachers honored you for the commendable appreciation of your great work during learning process and the person who is one way of molding your life interest and being proud to yourself that you have done the great job in schooling.

“Learning is very fun and lifelong process” which I always emphasize in the field of learning because it awakens our interest to learned. At your youthful stage, there is an eagerness to learn in every chance as you participate inside the class. Your teacher taught you so much how to become smart, how to behave, how to learn, how to work effectively, how to perform a task and know how to accept student’s responsibility. I know each one of you possess a precocious gift from God. Who among you here wants to be a Doctor, Nurse, Lawyer, Engineer, Military, Teacher, or a President? Then don’t stop learning.

Our Theme: “Your Gift of Learning, Our Tool for Nation Building” it pertains to your Mentor who mold you in learning and you as a Learner. Your teacher is an agent of change and you as a graduate are a partner of change. You serve as a catalyst in providing welfare and you carry upon your shoulder the responsibility of Nation Building. As an educator, we are responsible enough to touch the lives of our learners. We played a vital role in the four corner of classroom; God chooses us to inspired and mold our students in a righteous path of change. The elements of teaching and learning are the teacher, the learner and the learning environment. The learner and teacher are the key players that interact in learning environment. I made the acronym which stands for the role of dedicated TEACHER.

R- RELATE WITH THE LIFE OF LEARNERS

This is a challenge to our educators who are here today that the future of these graduates depends on what we inculcate with them and how they respond to the knowledge that you shared to them. You teach to transform the life of these graduates; your full potential is very relevant to do your duties every day. You need to be flexible enough to guard learners to perform a meaningful task given on them. Commitment is important to face all the challenges that come in our way. A loving teacher fully accepts and recognizes that every learner has strength and worth as a person. He / she willing to copes the strength and weaknesses of a student to achieve their full potential. Being an effective teacher, we need to be creative and mindful mentor to grab the opportunity and every moment that they are worthy person. And then, let us relate our life to them so that they will feel the love and care of having a teacher.

To the graduates, the knowledge that imparted in you is priceless. Your teacher suffered everything in order you to provide a varied rich learning, we should be thankful for that because of them, you are now receiving the price and that price is also a reward for your teacher where you become successful graduates. You possess a great responsibility where you can able to share it to others, to your community; in our societal change even in our progressive country and you are the foundations of nation building. I will share and read to you a letter of a loving teacher so that you will more inspire to do the same thing or even you will going to treasure the days with your teacher and this is also a tribute to a dedicated teacher in his work.

LETTER OF DEDICATED TEACHER TO HIS LEARNERS

Every time I woke up, I started the day with full of bright.

A pleasant morning will always make me so smart;

I faced the mirror and looked myself

With all the smile in my heart.

I thank God for given me another day to seize the opportunity.

Teaching my students, they only reasons why I liked to stay.

I made some promises to treasure the days with my learners;

I pounced things that seem to be reminiscing and sentiments.

They showed respect and obedient in a class,

They exert effort of doing the best that they can;

Even the lessons too easy of difficult to understand,

But thanks to them that they made me glad.

For all the times that we’ve been together,

I learned on how to love being a teacher.

There’s a time that I fell to give up;

But there’s a moment that they lift me up.

I motivated them on how to accept student’s responsibility.

Trained and prepared them as a good individual someday;

But they also taught me on how to value my career,

Love and care my profession to become effective teacher every day.

To all the graduates you should bear in your mind that you played a vital role in building our Nation, the gift of learning that inherent of your teacher, you should used that one as a tool for Nation Building as you walk with the battle of life. You are the hope of tomorrow as what Dr. Jose Rizal said. Let us work hand in hand for the betterment of our life….
